From what I've been able to find, the Pomperaug is trophy water from Woodbury down to Southbury where it joins Lake Zoar. Her grandparents' place is walking distance from the river, so obviously I MUST bring my gear. I was just curious to see if anyone has fished this section of the river. Surprisingly, I can't find much about it on the web other than that it's a Trophy section. I would assume that since it's a trophy section
